The staff here is so uncomfortable, unreliable, and in consistent. So I was gonna stop here but please take my word I used to come here for convenience I've purchased food from here about 15 times and every single time their is only one person working. I wont specify for there sake. But worst attitude I've ever seen in my life I can keep going on for paragraphs but I'm gonna stop here. Never comming here again! Until new staff is hired!!! You choose to work here fix your s#$!

I ordered a sub for pick up, the email said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick it up at the specified time, the lady behind the counter smelled really bad and looked even worse, and the she told me there was a line of people and she didn't get to making my sandwich and she won't get to it until the line is gone even tho I ordered it 20 minutes prior. I had to get back to work and never received my sub, I called the store on my way back to get a refund and no one answered, its currently 3 hours after, I've called 20 times and I still haven't talked to anyone. This is by far the worst subway experience I've ever had and will never go to this location again, please do yourself a favor and go to a different store, the hygiene issue alone with the employee especially during the pandemic is enough for me to never walk back into this store and not so much the extremely terrible service.

The girl that made my sandwich looked dirty & smelled very bad. How can a person with such bad hygiene be allowed to work in a place that handling food? Had to repeat everything 3 & 4 times. I will go to the one in Walmart Nextdoor next time.

Can go inside to order & interact as the sandwich is created, though eating inside not yet permitted, always friendly staff, rarely have to wait even for a few minutes

I have never had service as bad as I did today. The employees were completely clueless to the menu items. I literally googled the item and told them how to make the wrap. When the sauce ran out they sat there for 5 minutes trying to get more out instead of just grabbing another bottle. The whole experience was just horrible. I will never come back to this subway again. Seems like a management issue. Under trained employees. People should be embarrassed to show up to work and not even have a clue what they are serving people. Just disgraceful!!!
