I’ve never written a bad review before, but this place truly deserves one. I’ve been coming here for years and every time is disappointing. I’ve seen employees arguing and just being plain rude. During my most recent visit, I came into the store and it was empty. I was greeted a few minutes after I came in. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who was working but she was the lady with red braids. When she came out from the back I said hello and she did not respond. She then had an attitude with me during the entire time I was ordering. I understand people have bad days, but there is no excuse for being rude to someone who is being nice to you. Don’t plan on coming back and would not advise anyone to come to this location. Jakob is an amazing sandwich artist! He makes my sub perfectly. However, I do NOT go there unless he is working. Not a fan at all of Tracy or Charlie.

My experience was terrible. I went in with my boyfriend and this man served us. Right away, the man wasn't wearing his mask, at all. Then he was aggressively asking for our order and throwing food everywhere. I then asked asked for salami and ham and he gave me pepperoni and ham. My boyfriend said mayo and said no tomato and the man put on lots of tomato. It was not a good experience and neither of our sandwiches is what we want. At all.

The lady is the rudest person I have ever met. I made a order by App, but she did not start working on it until I arrived the store. No talk, just threw my sub on the table when it ready. She did not wear the mask during COVID-19, which is dropped on her neck. Terrible experience, will not visit again.
