You know it is easy for a business to operate the way the should and have happy customers. It is when a business messes something up that they show their true colors. Not going to say that things have been perfect 100% of the time, but when they werent this location has gone out of their way to make things right and I appreciate that!!!

This is one of the best Jimmy Johns in town. I have a short lunch break so I don’t have time to waste. Consistently, I’ve never waited more than 3 minutes to get my sandwich. My order is almost always correct and the staff is always lively and friendly. Great service every visit.nnMy only complaint is that the delivery service is hit or miss, but I usually order in shop and have never once had a problem while on site.nnI’ve been to the other location on Big Beaver and the quality of staff and service from this location is miles ahead of the other. If you want jimmy johns and you’re within a two mile radius of Big Beaver rd, go to this one.
