My car breakdown on the interstate months ago when I was coming home from work. I had no success in using Allstate's roadside assistance app to summon timely help. Fortunately, I received assistance from a sheriff's deputy after he noticed my hazard lights. He called a local towing company on my behalf. I paid cash up front because the tower had no contract with Allstate. In spite of this, the local office requested a copy of the bill and cheerfully refunded the cost in a timely manner.

Always great service and friendly help! I’ve never even visited the office, but through phone calls and email they have always answered questions, promptly responded to inquiries and assisted me with our insurance needs. Highly recommended!!

Allstate. Is . Somewhat better than state farm. Has higher premiums .Too. I. Love there new .online app. For my phone. They .are trying too. Keep up with a fast passed changing world. And technology,nGood job. State farm ...
