Just had my windows tinted on my new Sierra. I called on Friday afternoon and I had an appointment first thing in the morning the next day. Quick, easy and priced right for getting my front 2 windows tinted. The staff was easy going and helpful and friendly. I'll be back for sure!

Being a car fanatic I am super critical in where I take my car.I took my black Audi S4 to them for the exterior package platinum and am very pleased with the results. It looks showroom condition for an almost four year old car. I couldn't be more satisfied. They offer ceramic coatings and paint protection film for your car.

Motor City AutoSpa provides unparalleled service! I had minor scratching on the front of my vehicle and they were able to buff it out and color match the vehicle perfectly! They also did a fabulous job detailing the interior and exterior. Best of all, they were able to achieve ALL of this in less than 8 hours. Highly recommend!

I bought my car after searching for months for the right one. After picking it up and discovering how dirty it was on the inside I was immediately disappointed. I knew that cleaning it was something that I didn’t really want to do, so, I wanted to spend the money and have it professionally detailed. After doing extensive research and reading a lot of reviews, I came to the conclusion that Motor City Auto Spa would provide the best level of service and attention to detail to get my car looking new again. I soon found out how wrong I was about this assumption.nnAfter picking it up the first time, I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of detail that my car received. There were major things not even touched or cleaned. The seat belts were grimy, the buckles still had dirt and grime in them, the map lights had sticky stuff on them, the visors were covered in grease, the radio knobs still had dirt in them, the glove box still had leaves in it, and a lot more. After discussing this with the 11 mile location manager, he suggested I bring it back in.nnIt took them almost two weeks to get me back in, which was pretty annoying considering I just spent a bunch of money to have my car cleaned and it still wasn’t clean. When I brought it back in, I created a list of areas that needed more attention so that they could understand what was still dirty. However, despite this, I can still say that areas of the car still have been missed. The door jams still have clay and debris in them. The passenger side buckle still has gunk in it, the dome light still has gunk on it, the headliner still has stains that I believe will come out as there was a stain originally on the headliner after the first detail that is no longer there. I also was upset at the fact that my seat belt was twisted around. It looked like someone took it off to clean it and didn’t reinstall it correctly. I was told that the person who worked on my car wouldn’t do that but that doesn’t explain how it got twisted because when I brought it in there, it was straight. It took me 25 minutes to get the bolt out to fix it as it was cross threaded and the plastic cover that hides the bolt is now missing and it was there when I dropped it off. I didn’t know I would have to take pics of every inch of my car before dropping it off to ensure it was all there when I picked it up.nnThey also provided me a courtesy wash, which I appreciated, but whoever washed it left excess wax all over the outside. I spent a good 30 minutes when I got home wiping it off and it was a pain. The windshield also didn’t look like it got washed as there was dirt and swirl marks all over it.nnUltimately I would not recommend Motor City Auto Spa. They are not worth the premium price tag and do not provide a superior detail. I was thoroughly disappointed with my whole experience and believe a company like this should offer some sort of guarantee, as at this point, I just want my money back instead of having to deal with this headache any longer. Unless you have an expensive exotic car that doesn’t get very dirty, don’t expect to receive a top notch detail, as in my case, it seems like they just don’t care.
