Outstanding service! I took my leased car in to be detailed because I would be turning it in the following week. I listened to the Jax Customer Service Representative that recommended the Superior Interior Clean service and am I glad I did! Justin returned my car to me in just two hours looking brand new! And so reasonably priced, too! I'm bringing my other lease back to Justin next month for detailing! I couldn't be happier!
The vacuum station are very nice.
Love the service. I have one of the unlimited plans. I absolutely love the ability to wash my car as much as I want for one monthly fee. With Michigan weather you never know when the roads may get messy. At least I don't have to ride around with a messy car. Plus the service is great and the staff is friendly
Rob was amazing helping me with getting into busy wash friendly professional and he obviously knew his job well!! The people that washed the inside of my car were again professional friendly and they too knew their job well. I will continue to have my ram washed only at Jax, I will be trying the detail service soon asi believe this place is amazing it was definitely worth the small wait. Despite paying extra for it, they NEVER thoroughly clean my rims. They seem frustrated when I bring it to their attention. I should not have to go home and clean my own rims after paying to have it done.
