I can honestly say today’s experience at this Starbucks location honestly made my day. The employee who took my order (I sadly didn’t get her name, but she had blue hair and glasses.) she was super friendly and gave me a compliment that honestly made my day.nI work in customer service as well and know Great customer service and everyone at this location delivers just that. I received my drink fast and fresh and with a smile. Thank you to this employee and this location. I’ll be visiting a lot more. ud83eudd70
Line moved quickly. My drink was prepared to perfection! Staff was friendly. Social distancing was being practice.

Didn’t have issues until today but was taken aback by the blatant disrespect and disregard for their customers when I was scolded openly and told I had to stand outside and wait for taking down my mask for a second in order to stop a sudden nosebleed with a napkin. First off, am I to simply stand there masked up while my nose bleeds down my face and all over myself? Is that more sanitary? Second, if my order of an iced tea and water was made in less than 15-20 minutes I would not have been in there at all. Long story short, ignorant and inconsiderate while also not being very good at the job.
They were extremely polite, I left the Starbucks on the other side of the mall because of their rudeness but this store got me together
