Came on Tuesday March 2. I just wanna say the service was outstanding. The lady at the window was so kind. She was quick and nice. One reason why I love coming here is the food is always fresh even when busy and kind workers. Thank you!
Waited for several minutes to place my order with no one else in line- no one said a word, so I assumed they were closed. I looped around to leave and realized there were people in the kitchen and they were open. So I stopped at the window to place my order, and the woman was incredibly rude about it. I did get my food, but the employees HAVE to realize that not greeting their customers and then being rude to them is completely unacceptable.
Usually pretty quick. Tho they tend to have issues around 430am where they can only take cash. Easy workaround is when you pull in, order through the app!
I do like the new Spicy chicken sandwich, but his one left a lot to be desired. Chicken seemed to have been sitting in the warming tray for a few? And the fries were room temp/cold. Not sure if it's this location or luck of the draw.
It's slow food not a fast food, if you like to sit and wait in drive thru for over 45 minutes or over it's the place for you, they are a joke not a fast food.
