Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Half a star. Updated 11/12: after going in early to conduct business, I learned later the teller shorted my deposit by $100 and maybe more. When I called to correct this, no one answered. Now, I have to go back in again. ud83dude20nnPreviously: Stood in line 45 minutes today. Not the first time. Usually only 1, maybe 2 if lucky, working counter. The system is flawed--seniors with walkers and canes had to wait. Other customers let them move up in line.

This bank is terrible thre are only two employees cashing checks and have to wait in long lines not worth it

I was harassed by the security guard when I was waiting in line, just because I asked what was taking so long. When I brought this up to the manager, she seemed annoyed to even be speaking with me. I closed my account and took my funds to another institution that will treat me with respect.

Today was the 1st time that I used BOA and I will certainly never use this location again. After waiting outside and being told it's my turn to go in, I wait at my spot until a teller called me forward. I began to explain what I needed to the teller and another woman (who I assume was the bank manager) directing other customers told me that I needed to be over there pointing unclearly because it was my unemployment. I found the way she said this to me very rude considering there's no signage explaining different lines for different transactions nor did everyone inside the bank need to be aware it was my unemployment it felt very shaming to be honest. My issue had been the ATM did not give me my money but it did print me out a withdrawal receipt so I wanted to make sure that my account was accurate is all. Now this woman was helping me in the correct spot so I was re explaining this to her and she did not even acknowlege that I was concerned with making sure my account was ok. I bank at pnc they are extremely friendly, and reassuring had this happened there I would of been reassured it was a glitch at the atm and just to keep my receipts in case of anything. People want to trust their banks and that starts with the first interactions they get from the staff. I am very un happy with one person customer service but I still want to thank the other teller for helping and all of those working right now.
