I don't bank here, but I was blown away by the kindness and customer service from Sabrina.nnMy son is just getting into coin collecting and we visited 6 banks on Saturday 04/10. My bank, although swapped bills for coins for him wasn't all that friendly. The next 4 wouldn't give my 11 year old the time of day. Stopped at TCF Bank and Sabrina was not only attentive but she genuinely seemed to care about making my sons day.nnThank you for showing my son that we do still have people who are willing to go the extra mile and not expect anything back! He was so excited to get some cool coins!
Terrible customer service. Calls are outsourced to India. Impossible to get needs met.
I realize that during this pandemic things are difficult, but to get to the drive through at 5 minutes to 1 on a Saturday, they should be open! Very frustrating branch!
Wanted to get a loan when I was singing the application with the TCF member apparently information was entered wrong causing a week of frustration just so disappointed I think it is time to switch banks.
