The most ghetto and unprofessional bankers. Whoever DeSha or PreSha you need to learn etiquette !!!
Since the pandemic I know banking availability and hours have changed and I don't know if I can visit the branch to retrieve items from my safe deposit box. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by an inability to find out anything information about this from the bank. It is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone and impossible to get any information from their website. It is absurd that one can not speak with a person live on the phone or even through an email chat or exchange.
Drive thru service SUCKS!!! I waited in line today for an hr and a half!!!!!!!!! I would've gotten pyt but I was trapped. They need to hire better people
From Sydney at the counter to Kayla who handled my issues and the manager (I hate I can’t remember your name because you rocked too), I was very happy with my service today. I was prepared to close my account after moving from Atlanta in order to open an account with a local bank. Based on the service I received today, I’d be out of my mind or an Ohio State fan to do so.... thank you for your help gang, much appreciated!
At 3:59pm the window shown the closed sign. Actually it should be closed at 4:00pm. During COVID-19 period most of BOA closed, this one had really bad services attitude. I will never come back to this branch forever. I want to give it 0 star, but I can’t.
