This is a great location. They are always smiling and seem happy to help. I have been here about 20 times and I have had fast friendly service every single time. The prices are low and my shirts always look great.
I am finally calling it quits with this business. I have been taking my clothes to get cleaned here for a couple of years now. I like the location and the prices are fine. My complaint is that I have never been a fan of the employees behind the counter.
I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome each time I I drop off or pick up. The staff is simply not pleasant. I always turned the other cheek and just dealt with the awkwardness. However, I dropped off my suits today and decided that how the woman acted towards me that I will never come back to this business. Customers are the life of a business and when your staff is beginning to cost you customers then you have a problem.
Went here for the first time. Dropped off at 7:30 in the morning and the staff that came out came across so irritated that I had the audacity to drop my shirts off. She was rude, unprepared, and unprofessional. When I picked up my clothes the two young ladies were not much better. I asked a simple question and the one that looks like a bad Harley Quinn snapped back at me. So, needless to say I will not be going back or referring people to this cleaners.
I don’t know what “more” I can tell you. Not only was I treated quite unprofessional but the clothes were horribly pressed and over priced. If I wanted wrinkled clothes I would do them myself - for free!
Love Trailside and all their kind employees! I’ve been bringing my clothes here for years and never had a problem. Service is always very fast and they’ve been able to remove stains I couldn’t. Love this place!
I have used Trailside for years. The owners are a great family and are very aware of what goes on in each and every location. They aim for top quality service and results. I am 100% confident and trusting in Trailside for my Dry Cleaning and Laundry needs.
