We hadn't cleaned those carpet in 20 years and have had cats and dogs in the house, they gave me the straight facts about the many stains and urine residue. I truly appreciate that. It was a last minute decision to clean the carpets, they were able to get us worked into the schedule quickly. They were friendly and personable. The carpets look fantastic. There were stains that I knew would never come out. I can't believe how much of the stain he got out of the carpet, I can't tell there is anything there. Thank you.

We had an all-around amazing experience with Perfect Solution carpet cleaning. First, they were able to fit us in quickly when I first reached out. The prices were very reasonable for the amazing job they did! Shawn and Jared were extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process of how they were going to help us extract some pet stains that we were unable to get out on our own. We are so grateful they took the time to help us with this issue and spot treat the problem areas multiple times to pull the stain and odor out of the carpet. You can tell these guys are going above and beyond to make their customers have a good experience (as evidenced by all the amazing reviews and our personal experience). Wow, Jared did a spectacular job on a carpet at one of our properties that was stained very badly with pet urine. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were parts that were straight up stained black on beige carpet. Jared was very communicative and walked me through what his plan was and what pricing would be. I couldn’t believe it when I came in and saw the stains were gone! The carpet looked brand new! Jared is super polite and friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. Please support small local businesses and give him a call!
