It was fairly easy to get an appointment, but apparently when I called to add a nail trim a few days later, they needed some more information that the person I talked to earlier forgot to get. Also, when I went there for my dog's exam and rabies shot, they didn't really look at him. I figured this would happen. So I was ok with that, the pricing was what I expected. Later when I checked out his paperwork, they gave me the wrong paperwork. I needed the 3yr rabies shot papers, and not a 1yr. So, I called them and the doc said that they missed that in the paperwork I gave them. They will mail me the correct information, according to them. I will most likely go back there, only because they have the best pricing in my area.
If you want real care for your animals,this is the place. We love them for their sensitivity, honesty, compassion,and professionalism. Thank you Grace.. again.
