The Market Fresh BLT has been a long time favorite. I got one tonight around 6pm at the drive through on Sherman. I think it was made yesterday. It was gummy and had zero flavor. It had a tomato slice that was about a quarter of the size of the sandwich. If I’d have eaten it in the parking lot I’d have taken it back after the first bite. It was, in a word, awful!
Always a GREAT experience at this Arby's. Hot food, friendly staff, haven't gotten my order wrong. I will go oyt of my way to come to this resturant.

I would like 2 for $3 classic chicken sandwiches please......ok anything else? Yes, could you add pickles to those please? In a sorta rude voice...No we cannot. I'm a kitchen manager at a much better restaurant and I know they have pickles cause it's a sandwich place...I would have paid extra if necessary. I just can't believe it. They didn't say we are out just no you cant. Yes I can dear at Checkers...and pickles are cheap too go figure.
Food was good but was over charged. When brought to their attention i was refunded only part of the over change.
