Have ordered from here at least twice a week for the last month. At least once a week they dont bring the drink or the chips... always seems to be something missing. Have started to call and tell them the first couple times the brought the drink to us an hour later... this time after an hour and a half i called them back. I asked for the manager. He said that it was dropped off and left at the door. So i went and checked all 3 doors... nothing! He said what can we do to make this right. I said you're the manager you tell me. I said I don't know maybe give them their money back. Or maybe a couple sandwiches for free. Like I said this happens almost every time they forget that drink the pickle the chips it all adds up. And normally we just shut up and deal with it. I guess we'll see what happens in the next week. He said we may get some coupons in the mail.

I always get there turkey tom it's my favorite. I think its there bread that makes the subs so good. I do wish they were a little bit cheaper though.

I don't know why I'm getting this because I have no idea because I haven't even that been there so if Jimmy John's is the one who sent him this out I would give them a minus five stars because apparently they don't even have a clue to what they're doing

Well this is embarrassing! I've only been to this location twice and both times resulted in them taking money incorrectly. First experience was two people in the car each making separate orders. When we pulled up to the window, we weren't told how much order #1 was so we just handed the first credit card and said it was for the first order. Then we repeated the same steps for the second order. Neither of us realized what happened until we got home and saw we were both charged for both meals. Meaning we paid double for our food. The second offence happened today, this time with cash. Total due was $11.31. I handed over $20.31 and received $8 back. Guess people here aren't a fan of math and are more than okay with stealing. I hope everyone reads this and stays away from this criminal institution. I have a few more choice words that I'm sure won't be acceptable here, so I'll just leave it at that.
