Man! My first time at a Vans Quick Lube and Car Wash. Great experience and so happy I went. Very friendly. Everyone wore a mask! Very nice guys and all 3 were able to get my oil changed for me in 15 minutes along with filling up my tires and my windshield wiper fluid. They helped me get my oil light off and it was absolutely amazing service. I went to the car wash next and the man that was working that was so nice and friendly and helped me with getting my vehicle into the right spot and got to scrubbing my car right away. So impressed with both of these and so glad I choose Vans. They will be my number 1 choice from now on!
I usually love this oil change and car wash destination. But tonight something was off. The checklist was not completed...lights were not checked nor were wipers. Makes me wonder if the filter was changed. Sadness.
Ended up taking my truck for an oil change saturdy morning. I used it on Monday noticed after the place had closed that it was leaking oil. When I called and left a voicemail on a after hours line. the owner personally called me back at 7:00 a.m. the next day he offered to replace and repair the issue at no cost at any of his 8 locations. he was unable to attend himself so he sent a general manager not only was the response time and service amazing so was everyone their customer for life. It ended up being a faulty filter no problem they could have foreseen.
Great place for oil change. Fast, clean and efficient. Friendly service. In and out in 10-12 mins flat.
