Never had a problem up until recently...had to take my animal for a second opinion elsewhere to find out nothing was wrong with them. Seems like they wanted me to pay for something that we didn't need.
Dr. Peterson is the greatest vet around here! His team are also nicest people also!
This has been our Veterinary go to for years. Always been happy to bring my dog here
Two separate calls have been made to this business. One (by myself) asking for an appointment for a significant bowel issue on a 13 yr old golden doodle. And the second (my wife), asking for a initial appointment for our new puppy, as the golden doodle had passed. On each call, made by separate people, we both experienced a Very short, rude, and plainly disrespectful attitude from the receptionist. Neither of our verbal experiences foster a SINGLE want or desire to give this place our money. Absolutely awful customer service and I will certainly tell people about our poor experience in conversation with this place
We had to put our 12yr old dane down during covid and due to the rules only 2 people were allowed in the room. The Dr. was kind enough to let us pull to the back garage and administer the meds so our entire family could all be there for him. I don't think they realize how truly thankful I am for that. I will forever be grateful to them.
