The ongoing improvements are fantastic!nI can't wait until it's completed.
I see they are cleaning up the preserve and by springtime it should start looking real good. I love the boardwalk.
We love this park! It has changed recently due to high water levels, but, it will be back to normal soon.
Going to be nice, but lots of work being done & more needed. Part of the paved path was under water, and a portion of the walkway on the other path was washed out. Boardwalk is in poor condition in places & shoddily repaired.nPark is being restored, so lots of heavy equipment, downed trees, bare dirt & dirt piles.nThe work being done is to remove invasive species, concrete, debris, etc, so I am glad they are doing it.
Loved the shaded trails, benches with scenic views of the water. Great for birding. Connects to the boardwalk and main multi-use trail.
