The agent did not even try to help us get a discount for not having insurance. We took our taxes to a different tax firm,, they told us we would have gotten back $236.00. Instead, thanks to your agernt, we now owe $285.00 to Federal!! I've been to H & R BLOCK for many years, but not any more. I'm from a small town, where people know people, people know I won't be going back to H & R Block & why!!!
