Great. Went in for an oil change. Was in and out quickly. Technicians kept me apprised of everything they were doing. Will be back for my next oil change.

The experience was like no other. I pull up and the employees are visibly upset by my presence, throwing down their cigarettes. They did not run me through any of my turn signal light checks like they aways do. Worst yet, my oil filter leaks like a waterfall in my driveway now. I go back to the Fruitport location and they say that someone must have done a sloppy mess changing the filter. They said they see it all the time. They are the ones who did the oil change so that’s on them obviously. I get home and since they blew me off... my truck still leaking oil in my driveway. Their incompetence is now my responsibility to find another business to service my vehicle. Blown off not once but twice as someone who has 5 service trucks getting oil changes at vans.
I wish I could say half a star . My truck ran fine until I took it to vans for a oil change get 2 miles down the road and my engine ceased up with no oil pressure. Very disappointed this is gonna cost me thousands in repair
Got a much needed car wash, I prefer Van's over any other car wash anyways always reasonable prices.
