I love this pharmacy! The staff is so kind and personable. I can manage my refills online or on the Kroger app and it is so convenient. Plus I get a text alert when my refills are ready for pickup! If there is a wait it's bc they are an exceptional pharmacy and therefore have an influx of patrons. However I've never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. And I can shop or browse while I wait. There are no rude staff members here; of course the golden rule applies - treat others how you'd like to be treated. For the service they provide, Kroger pharmacy is spot on and will remain my top choice when managing and filling my prescriptions.

Consistently takes 4-5 days to fill a prescription. Won't answer the phone. Worst of all, they consistently short the medication. Most recently, I was 20 pills short.

Wont ever get my prescriptions here again. I came in for my fiancé to get prescriptions filled who is sick he doesn’t have his prescription insurance card yet. They asked me if he can get ahold of the insurance company he tried but couldn’t get through, the funny thing is meijer called his insurance company before to get the number when he was new there. So I think they are just being lazy. So I had to pay for all of the prescriptions out of pocket. Second I was waiting in line for about 10 minutes then the girl comes up and goes to the other computer and says to the guy waiting behind me I can help you here. Completely ignoring the fact I was waiting for awhile. Third, the last girl I told was rude and had an attitude. I have been getting my prescriptions filled for years here never had any issues but now I will go to meijer.

Never had any bad experiences other than coming at the wrong time when there was a long line. The staff always seemed to be cheerful and helpful, even when things were clearly a little crazy for them back there.nnThey've never screwed up my medications and one on their staff - 'Michael' - helped straighten out a renewal issue over the phone, was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I've been going here for years and have never had any of the issues other reviewers are describing.
