Love going to this store! Easy to park. Simple layout inside the store. Don't have to walk a country mile to find various items. Very good help that you will recognize and see every time you go in this store.
Super friendly! Nice store. I prefer to support small local business! Prices are a dollar or two higher than big box stores but worth it if you are in the area to support local.
I am giving Sylvania Ace Hardware 2 stars instead of one because in fairness, their staff is very helpful and polite. HOWEVER, I must take exception with their policies. I purchased some Christmas lights yesterday from the Bowling Green Ace Hardware store and needed to exchange them for another type. I was informed (cheerfully) that they will not accept returns/exchanges from other Ace Hardware stores even though they had the exact same merchandise on their shelves and I had my receipt. I will continue to shop local, just not here.
The service was really good and very polite however they did not have the plumbing part that I was looking for but I still recommend this place for your household and Hardware needs ..
They did not have the quarter inch nut driver bit I was looking for but they do have a great staff.
