My first time taken my new puppy. The whole experience was great. From tje wonderful lady who came and got my puppy. To the wonderful Vet explaining everything they did and what I need to do. Also they answered all my questions without me feeling pressured to hurry up. Will be my pets vet from now on
We recently moved back to Midland and were told by several friends and family to consider Dr. White as our primary vet. Today was our first apt. I was very impressed with the customer service/friendliness from the vet tech and Dr. White was very professional and answered all my questions. Plus! My new puppy was able to get all his booster vaccines and a check up for a very reasonable price!
Great place to take your legged family members. The vets are very friendly and take great care of my furry friends. The prices are reasonable and it's easy to get an appointment. The only bad part is with COVID-19 you can't accompany your pet for the visit.
The absolute best... they take care of my pets as big they were their own.. and unfortunately when its time to help them cross the rainbow bridge...their compassion is beyond measure
I've found my new veterinarian in Midland. I had an emergency with one of my German shepherds that needed immediate attention. Called my vet in Coleman who has seen my dog for 10 years, told him I had an emergency and they suggested that I take him to Lansing to MSU. They couldn't squeeze in my dog for five minutes when I had to have him put down no care no compassion no sympathy I'll never go to that bed again in Coleman. Call the animal medical center and they made an appointment for 1 hour later. They suggested some alternative remedies to see if it would alleviate my dog's pain, they gave me hope when I had none! They will be my new vet for as long as I own an animal . Thank you whoever works there.
