Emerson Park is great, when it's not flooded. Spring tends to bring flooding to this park, but it's hit or miss. Sometimes bathrooms are open and sometimes not. Offers the most variety of types of playgrounds for different ages. Several pavilions. Park offers many shade trees. The local paved rail trail is a great place to ride bikes. The local downtown offers excellent local eateries, too.

It's a nice enough space I guess. Lots of room, next to the river, a few covered picnic areas for parties and what not, playground for the Rugrats. Well kept, it's a relaxing place. Always people there doing something. Not a great place to go if you want privacy.

A great place to run, nice smooth flat course in the trees with marks on the half miles

Midland has the best parks. There are a lot of trees, pavilions and even a hammock village. You can have a group of friends bring their hammock and enjoy the outdoors
