This Taco Bell truly amazes me with their talent of getting orders wrong and handing out old food. Or having to hear an order 2-3 times before actually listening and ringing it in. I just went through and had to tell them my simple order of the three soft taco meal twice, just to magically get a completely different order. Once I came back through, they were extremely rude. The “general manager” (I’m not sure because no name tags were worn, she claims to be in charge) Leanne got very snarky with me and called me rude for asking them to replace my meal with the correct one. Saying I should have opened my eyes and looked at the screen when I ordered, even though I ordered correctly and they gave me the wrong bag. Will not be going here anymore.

I stop here 1-2x per week And without fail they screw up my order somehow. Forgetting things or adding ingredients where there shouldn’t be ingredients. I’m literally going to start pulling over and going through every single item and making sure it’s correct before exiting the parking lot. Get your stuff together Taco Bell. I’m tired of paying for items and not receiving them. Also your staff needs an attitude check. I don’t expect perfection, but the man I encountered tonight spat out what the price was and said nothing else. Ruuuuuuude.

Usually, go to the other TB across town... Tonight they had a huge line infront of me and behind me. They got us thru quick.. I live 15 mins away and the food was still hot and everything was as is should be...

Ordered through Doordash lastnight. All of my items I ordered were vegetarian. Once I got my bag, it was a completely different order, worth way less than what I ordered, and I couldnt eat what was in there because it was all beef. I tried calling them minutes apart and it sounded like someone kept picking the phone up and hanging up. I didnt have any other food and couldn't leave so I reordered it. Using only the $8 refund from when I complained online. When the door dasher came back, he said he had questioned them the first time because the order looked too small.
