Great pizza ud83cudf55
We are the only people in the place and have been waiting 45 min for our breadsticks. The phone has been ringing nonstop and i have watched the staff complain about it ringing and they pick it up and just hang it back up real fast. I will never eat here again and i am wondering how this place stays in business.
Pizza Hut used to be our favorite place to eat. We called from our car to place and order because of Covid-19 but no one ever answered the phone. We decided to go inside to place an order. Waited at the counter to place the order, waited about 5 minutes. Finally our order was placed, we paid for them and we told them we would pick up the two large pizzas through the drive thru, when we came to get the pizzas, the young lady couldn't find our pizzas, but after having the manager get them for us. The service was poor but the pizzas were horrible. Worst pizza hut experience in my life. Worst pizzas that I have ever ate. My husband felt the same way. The vegetables on the one pizza tasted old. We ended up throwing away most of the pizzas. Total waste of money!
My pick-up order was ready upon arrival, and the food was great! Especially enjoyed the wings.
I used to love Pizza Hut as a kid, but the pizza just isn’t the same. Quality is subpar. This Midland location has been timely and convenient, but the pizza itself just needs to improve.
