My sweet baby Delilah had surgery by Dr. Robert T. She had multiple tumors removed which I was told should be no problem for her. She was returned to me with no information from Dr. Her side was filled with blood which I assumed was from surgery. It healed, but unknown to me the tumor that was cut bled throughout her body into her organs and she died a month later. Dr. did not do a biopsy as he knew what had happened and did not even have the courtesy to call and let me know that my baby was dying and bleeding internally! I took her to Blue Pearl where she passed as it was too late for her. Did not have the decency to let me know what was coming! So saddened by the loss of my pet. I wrote letters to the doctors letting them know I knew what they did with no compassion for me or my baby! All about the dollar! SHAME ON THEM! This was Oct.13, 2020 she passed.

They seemed nice enough, but everything felt so rushed. I brought my new puppy and everything was curbside due to Covid (which I totally understand), but the only paperwork they gave me to take home with me was my receipt. This is my first puppy, so I was expecting a lot more help and information. Very rushed and crowded, so it felt like they were more concerned about the money than my pet. I will be taking my puppy to a different vet in the future.

My step-mother and I recently had to send my late father’s furry best friend over the rainbow bridge. It. Was. Hard. The staff at NGV were so gentle, compassionate and communicative throughout the whole process that it made it as painless as possible. They really made the experience memorable as they let us take as much time as we needed. The cremation package that we received afterwards blew my mind. It made my step-mom so happy as it was filled with tokens of remembrance of our sweet boy. Thank you.
