Always great tonDeal with and have been using Mark for years, he is what a trustworthy local business is about. Mark was very professional. He reworked my water lines in the laundry so that I could install a new laundry tub. He then returned and installed a kitchen sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Super clean install as well. He even returned to troubleshoot a water pressure issue I was having. I would recommend his services.
I had a leak in my bathroom that was going to the basement. Called they came out less than 24 hours later. Fixed it no problem and it was cost efficient. I am very happy with them.
These people lied about the state of my plumbing and charged me $11,000 to replace a water heater. When I found out that this was totally unnecessary and called them out on it, they told me it was my fault for “trusting their employee”. Like what?? I’m not an expert, that’s why I’m calling YOU. Sucks that they were so dishonest. The employee Melvin also tried to offer me other unnecessary services that he “could do personally since the company charges you more”. What.
Mark did an awesome job!!! He was very professional and I will absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family looking to have some plumbing work done!
