Lenox Community Pharmacy

I am so grateful to Chris and the staff. I'm managing my mom's care from out of state and they have handled multiple medication changes so graciously, accurately and responsively. Outstanding knowledge and service!

Lenox pharmacy is the best!nI had my family's prescriptions transferred from CVS to Lenox, but CVS did not transfer all of my sons monthly meds over and he ran out of one of his daily meds.nI called the pharmacist, Christopher Hanai, and let him know my son ran out of his med and that he has gone without a day and was about to go another day without. The pharmacist took time out of his busy day to call CVS on my sons behalf to get the med info so he could fill it.The pharmacist told me my son's med would be ready any time that day for pick up or I could wait for them to deliver it the next day. Being my son already went without his daily med i didn't want him to miss another day it so I planned on picking it up.nThat same day my husband had a medical emergency at work and was admitted into the hospital, because of his condition I couldn't leave the hospital. I was very stressed about not being able to get to the pharmacy before they closed which meant my son would go another day without taking it.nAfter a very long day at the hospital I came home and was pleasantly surprised to see the pharmacist standing in my driveway with my son's med in hand! I was so taken aback that he would take time out of his personal time to hand deliver my sons med. Mind you, I never told the pharmacist about my husband being in the hospital, he hand delivered the med out of pure kindness!!

Just spoke to Kristina who informed me that if I call to fill my prescription that they will never have it in stock. I asked if I were to call next week, the following or in 3 weeks and she said they will not. This pharmacy does not manage inventory effectively.

I just transferred a prescription here today because my usual pharmacy never has my insulin in stock and I always end up running out waiting for them too fill it. They had my insulin in stock and I didn’t have any issues picking it up. Will definitely be back!

One of their first customers. The best Rx in the area. Chris is always ready to help. My daughter uses the FREE delivery all the time. With 3 kids and a special needs child WOW free delivery sure helps a ton for her. I would give more stars if I could.
