They don't teach them how to properly make a burrito. They have friendly service and all that but when I get a burrito and it's more tortilla than anything else because you use 2 shells it's just insulting and a waste of my money. I even gave this taco bell 4 chances before writing this review to see if it was just a fluke but it happened every time, I've even gone to a different taco bell and the burrito was perfect. I just don't see why there should even be a need to have to tell them not to use 2 tortilla shells at the drive through, it should just be like that in the first place. Also for some reason I just can't comprehend my brisk mango tea was carbonated, like who does that.

By far THE WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Every time I come here im always waiting 20-30 minutes even when there is two cars in front of me. My food is either under cooked or over cooked and even then there’s cheese or tomato’s falling out of the wrapper. The night shift is the slowest and majority of the time seem to be under the influence. I myself have worked at Taco Bell in a busy city and have had times faster than this location. I highly encourage the boss to get on their team. I can’t say I’m not yet again disappointed in my visit.

Friendly Service, especially Candice my server. She was Very polite and courteous. Food was served in a nicely sealed bag, On a Tray, safely distance. Food was delicious and warm. I had a large order, and it was accurate. I'm on a timed lunch break and service was very quick

The food itself is generally good. The issues are time and accuracy. I'm always waiting longer in the drive through than I'd like. The other issue is there's very frequently something missing. Today it was a taco, sometimes it's the sauce, another time they'll hand me 3 drinks and 2 straws, but it's often something. Then you're forced to pull around, put on a mask and go in to get it corrected. While they generally correct the problem with no issues and are polite about it, it still happens to frequently. Hopefully they get better, but until then, you're best bet is to always double check your order before pulling off EVERY time.

the people are friendly but that’s about all that’s good. food is mediocre, waits are ridiculous, and sometimes when i go there, they’re just closed. 5:30 pm right now and they aren’t open, there screen is on, and there’s no sign saying “closed”. this is ridiculous
