I arrived at the store at 6:45pm on Sunday. The temporary hours on the window stated the establishment closes at 8pm. Online it stated the establishment closed at 7pm. An employee at the store saw me pulling on the door and ignored me. The employee proceeded to let out the customer and lock the door. He did not attempt to reach out or try to contact me. He just began closing to store and shutting off lights.

Service was slow, which is understandable given it seemed like one of the employees was new, but the other employee made service that much worse by rushing everything. Threw around foods, getting veggies we didn't order in our sandwiches, messed up computer system, forgot what I ordered. Refused to give my partner Italian Herbs and Cheese bread despite giving the person right behind us it before it was cooled completely. Gave us the wrong portions of food too. Take time to go slower and do a better job, most people are cool about that. Be rude about taking my order and I'm not coming back.

Online order. Prepared order wrong, poor customer service offered no solution to the problem he caused. Didn't even receive all of what was paid for. No manager on duty and no other contact number given when asked for a corporate phone number.

Exceptional and delicious food, I like the character this place has, and the workers were welcoming. I will surely visit here when I’m around.

Online order. Sammiches were soggy. Bread that wasn't soggy was crumbly. Lettuce was BROWN and wilted. All the mayo was on top of sammich on the bread, not actually on the sammich. The order was done pretty quickly though, so there's that, I guess.
