Good food but customer service is poor! I honestly don't know why I continue to go back! Every time I'm meet with employees that have HUGE ATTITUDE PROBLEMS! I think I'll spend my money elsewhere, somewhere that appreciates their customers!
Broasted potatoes, enough said. Slathered in butter, so not healthy, but oh so delicious!
Been a few months since the visit. Food was fine. Buckets in the lobby catching water, dodge rain in between the doors and don’t forget the it’s the law sign on the window. Employees must not have seen that.
This place scams you on the food ordered. I ordered over $70 worth of food. I ordered a full slab of ribs with 2 LARGE sides, and a 40 piece bites with 2 LARGE sides. I get to the place to pickup my food and I had a large and medium fry and a large and medium roasted potato. I asked them why there were not 4 large sides total and they said because I ordered potatoes and fries that they don't give 2 larges. If the menu states 2 large sides and I paid for large sides, I don't understand how I got less. The menu does not state that just because you order potatoes or fries you will get less.nnI would highly recommend going to the location on 23 mile and Heindrick if you want to get what you pay for.
Very busy. I suggest you call to order before you get there. I tried that but was on hold for 10 minutes so I couldn't order ahead. I got there in the meantime. Always a delicious meal. Worth the wait.
