When the pizza looks like this. And for my order being wrong 3 out of the last 4 times, (2 were incorrect toppings, 1 was where I was told that I was all set but I was still owed a $9 salad I had prepaid for).nnI don't get how this is acceptable to give to a customer. :(nnIs it really my responsibility to check if my order is screwed up so I can wait an extra 20 minutes while it gets fixed, receive no credits, and the staff leaves the rest of my food out to get cold, while they make a single fresh pizza? Because, that's what's been happening!nnAlso the salads are hit and miss. :( When they're fresh they're great. But when they're not, my wife and I have to pick out browned pieces of lettuce.nnIf you required a picture of every pizza made (someone pushes a button), you'd be able to review the quality, and be able to do something about it before your customers get fed up and leave.
I recently moved to this area and was really disappointed in this Howies. The one I used to visit was consistently great and I expected the same level of quality. The pizza dough and bread sticks were excessively tough and chewy. Large bubbles on the dough as well since the bubbles weren't addressed before going into the oven which results in burned and dry bubble pieces.nnEveryone eating the pizza agreed it was a disappointment. I recommend visiting another Howies since there are a few in the area.nnAdditionally, on my way in to pickup the order, one of their delivery drivers driving like a maniac and cutting people off to get back into the store. He was driving a blue Jeep truck.

Quick, fast, friendly service. The drivers are friendly as well. Highly recommended
Deep dish is delicious. Subs are 100 times better than jets.
