Switched from Metlife after an increase in my homeowner's and they were the most reasonable for a year or two. The premium increased to nearly double and after shopping around once more, I found a rate at Envision that was back at the original amount. Not bad, but I did find better.
Have been a loyal customer with Wagner agency for last some years. Recently moved from them to another insurance company due to out-of-the line prices quoted. They got mad and reported to credit collection for the last remaining balance just after one month of changing. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary! As an agent they could have simply followed up with me and reminded me for the payment. Never going back to them. If you want to avoid bad surprises like me, stay away!
