The office staff is very helpful. However, for your policy you have to deal with James Lafranca. Once he has your business he does not answer e-mails, he never follows up, and he ignores your questions.nAll reviews on his Allstate page are fake, as I did not find a way to leave a review there, although I am his customer.

James at Allstate is running a great office near 23 Mile Road East of I-94 they are great people to work with and always make sure that my needs are met I have no problems when I need to change something or deal with my vehicles that are sometimes in storage or whenever I do need to use them they take care of business right away thanks again or all you at Allstate
