Could be 5 star if all brushes worked.. Not sure if you realize it but the last brush on the passenger side doesn't even touch the vehicles just the mirror. Last week you also had a brush not working. It's new equipment it should have sensors that let you know.
Left plenty of scratches in my cars paint, and the car wasn't even completely clean afterwards
I’m a monthly unlimited user! I love this place. The lines go by quick, & the wash is amazing ud83dudc4fud83cudffd Giving only 4 stars because one the boys in the beginning of the wash with his hair in his face has a snobby look on his face and you can he’s trying to rush the job to get done. Gave minimum to the first 2 cars in front of me. Other than that, I have to say fantastic!
Awesome car wash! Love this place and the soaps they use! Car always smells great after the wash! This is probably one of the quickest washes around, so if the line is long, don’t turn around cause line go’s fast.
I posted a review before but it somehow disappeared. I used this car wash 3 times a week. A couple weeks ago I had severe damage to my car and I filled out an incident report. Several dents on my car and the mirror ripped off. Took the manager a week to call me after I called several times and all he asked was if I got my mirror back. I asked if they will cover the damages and he said someone will call in a couple days. That was a week ago. Every time I call I get the run around. No one will give me an answer except wait a couple days. Multiple cars in my household have now cancelled their membership.
