As a volunteer at an Island library in Florida I just had to stop at the library on Mackinac Island. It is jawbreakingly georgeous and the view from the desk is to die for. Who can ask for a better view of the lighthouse while you work. Glad I didn't miss it.
The book sale was great! Wonderful books for $1. Beautiful view in the back. Great place to sit and read!
The back deck is GREAT! 4 comfy chairs and a bit of grass to sit on, gaze at the water, listen to the lapping water, enjoy the sun and read.
Peaceful, quiet, beautiful, serene
Unique with a beautiful view. I high recommend making this a stop when you're on the island!
