I have had Radant's Electric out twice now and they have been great! Their cost per hour was stated up front and there were no surprises at all. I found Larry and his helper (our electricians that came to the house) to be very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and EXTREMELY clean! It literally looked like they had never come to our house. We were able to get both appointments on VERY short notice and truly felt like we received a good value for our money. I'm very pleased to have an electrician that I can rely on in our area! Would I call them again. ABSOLUTELY!

Just bought my first house, upgraded my washer and dryer so needed a 220v outlet updated for my washer/dryer. Got quoted $275 (which matched national average) he used a 220 wire from another plug we had and didn’t use. Bill came to be $505. I’ve called three times to inquire why this is so much higher than my quote and was told Brian would call me back to address this. I’ve still gotten no call, I will continue to call them and ask as I want to pay my bill, but I feel taken advantage of.

Just be prepared to pay $600+ per hour with these guys. I had a 30 minute job (15 minutes of standing around looking at the issue, 15 minutes actually fixing the issue) and it was $300. And here I thought medical bills were the most overinflated and outrageous charges. I’ve done ten times the amount of work daily for the last three weeks for free (there wasn’t any drywall yet when they arrived so the wiring was exposed, I had drilled all the holes for the wiring in the 2x4’s, and I provided the new 10 foot wiring that was needed). It’s a shame when you have to empty your pockets for a really simple job. They did fix the issue, but it wasn’t worth it. For 15 minutes of labor I got $275 just in labor charges, that’s $1,100/hour for labor. Insane. I just wanted others to know that so they’re prepared to pay up and not be completely stunned by the costs. Update: Brian called me and said the electricians wrote that they were here for over 2 hours! I told him that was 100% false and that I’d prove it. I checked when they called me and it was 9:33am and they hadn’t arrived yet as they passed my house and couldn’t find it. They pulled into my driveway at 9:40am. When they were finished with the job and left I called my folks a few minutes later to let them know what had been done, at 10:28am. I have the documented times on my phone to prove it, yet they said they were here closer to 12. My wife laughed when she heard that. Brian didn’t believe me. He said his guys are 100% trustworthy and wouldn’t ever lie. He basically said they’d die for one another. So apparently I’m making up the times literally listed on my phone? I was 100% truthful and his staff were not. What would I get out of lying on a review? They either put the wrong time down unintentionally (a wrong approximation) or goofed off and tried to put longer hours for more pay. It’s very messed up to say a customer is lying. Trying to make a customer pay for 2 hours when they were here for less than one is not right, and then not believing them is even worse. Someone there is being dishonest, whether they want to believe it or not. It’s not even about the money, it’s about lying and assuming the customer is wrong.

We had given up finding an electrician to complete a lot of odds and ends in our new-to-us home because finding an electrician willing to return calls and complete work felt like trying to find a unicorn. I tried Radant's electric and they came out so FAST. They not only completed my wish list but swept the house and took care of a lot of problems I didn't know existed. They updated some awful light fixtures I had (without me even thinking to ask for it). I'm so thankful to have the looming threat of electrical issues off my worry list and even more thankful to have an electrician in my contacts to call.
