Amazing place, was on our way to look for camping around Devil's Lake, initially went to Wheeler's but was turned off from giving them my business after a couple interactions with the people there. Decided to head to Green Valley, and so glad I made that choice -nnDonna, the lady of the house greeted us the following morning and we hit it right off. She told us how she wanted to create a sanctuary for everyone to enjoy nature and be outdoors, how some come and have precious little to offer but their work to pay for another night, how she's willing to stay up late in the night, brew some coffee and talk if anyone needed to or was hurting... Had a beautiful little campsite right next to the pond, built up a fire and had a lovely evening chatting late into the night with good friends - our next door neighbors were quietly reading and on the other side the neighbors kids were running around playing tag. Love this campground, think we need more people in the world like Donna - can't get the word out enough!!
Only the best non rustic campground in the country! Great for the kids and the parents, just a great time, everytime.
Cute campground cut out of the woods! The spot I stayed was very shady as many were and the pond felt clean. The events and entertainment are great as well I will return in the future.
Great people and live music on Saturday nights.
