WOW! I called at 11:00 this morning - smelled plastic, furnace had shut off and the man who answered was here 20 minutes later. He wore a mask, kept a safe distance, and quickly went to the scary Michigan basement I have and within 30 minutes, I heard the hum of the furnace come back on about 30 minutes later and he came to give me the results. The conversation was delightful, he was so fast, answered all my questions - it was a great experience! I will ALWAYS call Naugle first. Pricing was lower than I'd expected too - especially for such great service!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quickly responded to my furnace problem and explained the difference options to resolve it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
We had major issues with our hot water heater around 8 PM at night. I called Naugle, spoke with Jim, who was able to help me make sure everything was off/safe. He told they would be able to be there the next morning between 8 and 8:30 AM to replace it. I received a call around 8:15 AM that morning, to let me know they were on their way. They showed up about 15 minutes later. They were informative and professional. They gave me advise on other issues I was looking into as well. I was probably a bother, but they put up with my questions very politely. They finished the installation in half the projected time and gave me all the details on the new unit. Great service! Would recommend to everyone!
Friendly technicians, professional service. I recommend to all my friends. Updated my furnace, ac and my water heater In the house I just bought. They also took the time to look at my fixtures clean our aerators and gave us recommendations and quotes on any additional repairs. They left the areas they worked on cleaner then when they arrived.nnWe are already scheduled for them to install a water softener, and scheduled for our furnace checkup next year.
Our air con didn’t work at the onset of the hottest week of the year. The new owner came out in less than two hours and had it running in 20 minutes. Excellent service and the price was right.
