Original Review- This place is terrible, in all seriousness, they should revoke this franchise. I know Jets has good pizza, I have had it many times but this location has terrible service. Delivery takes over an hour even on weekdays, do not expect them to care, they don't. The incompetence at the Tecumseh location is stunning.nnReview updated 4-28-2020- I have had several interactions with this franchise since the original review and have not had any of the previous issues. It appears they're working on doing better. I wanted to update the review to be fair and acknowledge they've done much better.
Better if you can't see them making the pizza. I won't go back
There bbq pizza is the best in town!
Food is good but the service needs definite improvement!!! Going to be a bit before we go back!!
Only giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I called to place a delivery order for lunch for my sales team and the guy answering the phone clearly does not know anything about customer service. When I stated that I wanted to place an order the guy gave me a deep sigh as if I was inconveniencing him. We order from there a minimum of 2-3 times a week and will not be ordering from there again. I told him that I will take my business elsewhere. Do not even bother ordering from this location. If I were the owner of this franchise I would be extremely embarrassed that my employees act in a way that is disrespectful towards customers.
