This was our first experience with this office and it will definitely be our last. As the purchasers of one of their listings, this has been the rudest, most unprofessional, contentious transaction we've ever been involved with. Managenent was unbelievably disrespectful starting with our very first inquiry and continuing through the closing. Fortunately our agent with the Charles Reinhart company was able to navigate through all of the road blocks, inconsistencies, incompetence and unpleasantness of working with this office.nUnfortunately we had to ahow one star to register our review, but in truth, we would never recommend this office and management to anyone.

This was the most unprofessional experience we have ever encountered. The Howard Hanna real estate agent was rude, disrespectful and dishonest. We will never recommend them to anyone, not even our worst enemy. We accepted an offer in January and their buyer almost lost this opportunity because it is June and due to Howard Hanna issues, they still couldn't close. It must be a huge embarrassment to even be associated with this company. If you really want a home, find a more reputable real estate company.

After interviewing many realtors, and hiring a couple who failed to sell our home, we found Tom and Rachell Bliesner. Or rather, they found us when we cold called Howard Hanna. We clicked immediately with them. They were so interested in the details of our home and acreage asking many questions and were enthusiastic about selling it. And in a matter of days had it sold! They also kept us informed and answered all our questions while we waited for our closing the following month. We HIGHLY recommend Tom and Rachell Bliesner.
