Loved Hugo's pizza even with the delivery taking over an hour and a half, I love the convenience of ordering online and receiving emails that my order was on the way. However tonight I ordered the Broasted chicken dinner with potatoes and coleslaw. Not satisfied, this time was worse than the first time.The chicken was so over cooked it was jerky and wouldn't peel apart. The potatoes were cold, and the coleslaw was warm, and had a funny taste after cooling. Wouldn't recommend for anything rather than pizza, and breadsticks.

If your willing to wait 2 hours for delivery, then this is your place. Shame on us for having the experience once and still tried again. This will be the last time we order from them. On the upside they do have good food.

placed a delivery order for pizza and a salad today. My side sauces were missing, dressing for my salad, and my taco salad consisted only of lettuce and cheese. I called the store to have them correct it. I was not upset at all. The store refused to correct my order stating the worker made it correctly and I was lying! I was shocked. They told me to bring my order back to the store. I am covid positive, so I refused, and they refused to remedy this in anyway. I will never order from here again. I even left a huge tip for xmas eve. So, I got the wrong order and no refund. :(
