South Kent was recommended to us when we moved here 6 years ago. We have been nothing but satisfied during their construction upgrades and Covid accommodations. Great to have a good vet right next door!
I called to set up a new vet appointment for my 10 week old puppy. The lady on the phone had been snarky and rude. I simply asked if there was availability today to see my pup. She rudely says “doubt it”. She was not at all helpful. I would considering speaking with front desk staff to be a little friendlier, because I won’t bring my puppy to a place where they can’t even answer the phones in a nice way.
Great service, friendly staff, exceptional animal care!!!
