The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The newest vehicle I ever bought was a 2006. So when I bought the 2021 Trailblazer, it had all kinds of new technology that I was not familiar with. Shane took the time to explain every button, gadget, and helped me set up the OnStar system and Sirius radio. That meant a lot to know that Fox Chevrolet wanted to make sure I was comfortable and safe while driving my new vehicle.
The men went out if their way to make sure I was happy with the results. Made it a great experience. Very quick to get the parts and repairs completed. Kept me up to date with the process.
This is a very well run place. I scheduled an appointment and they promised my care by 2pm. At 1:45 it was done and ready to go. I shopped around for the repair and they also had the lowest price. Highly recommended.
Leased a new vehicle at Fox Chevy in Caledonia. Jon Harkema and driver Roy made this absolutely the easiest and most enjoyable new car leasing experience I've ever had....and I am 73 yrs old. They made getting a new car fun again! Highly recommend Fox Chevrolet and Jon for all your needs.
Fox Caledonia is super friendly and accommodating! I used to use Valvoline for prior cars, and they always pushed to sell extras and never got out of there for less than $90 oil change. Fox is affordable and love that they washed my car too! They said 1/2 hour and I was out quicker than that. Very satisfied and will recommend them to everyone!
