Great service great food. Love arby's
The lady taking our order was sweet but she messed up our whole order. We wanted two sweet potato fries, one medium and one large. We only got charged for the large, we ordered four beef and cheddar sandwiches and one came in a bowl. Anyway not the best of listeners, and the food was basically thrown in the bag.
Polite staff, all wearing a mask. Food good and order filled quickly. One staff mask was on the chin. Not the best placement. Otherwise very good.
I work in the medical field and get very little time for lunch. We sent someone to pick up lunch for everyone. She came back and they forgot almost everyone’s fries and multiple burgers. We called and told them about it and they said just come back and get it. We told her that we only have so much time for lunch and couldn’t leave work again. Then she said oh well I am sorry. She didn’t even try to make it right. They didn’t even offer out money back. Don’t go to this place. It seems like the employees and managers and not interested in working. It’s not a hard job. I did fast food. And now I work my butt if to have someone. Steal my hard earned money and tell me oh sorry about your luck.
Came from 20 miles away just for the new Prime Rib steak and cheese sandwich and curly fries and they were out of buns for the sandwich and had NO curly fries....we left and went somewhere else. Actually on our way to Gaylord to try the Arby's there!! NOT HAPPY WITH KALKASKA ARBY'S!!
