I took my van to shaw motors on dec 15th to be detailed, i picked it up on the 16th and it was beautifully cleaned. i was very happy! i parked it in the garage for the weekend to dry it out before i put the mats down. i went to open my passenger side door that auto opens and shuts and it would not work. once it was opened it would not close. It took me a half an hour and a call the mechanic to figure out how to close it. i then took it to the mechanic and he said it looks like someone wrenched the door opened and closed so the whole cable needs to be rerun. I called shaw motors who has known my family for a very long time and the only thing i was told was, it worked while it was here. long story short my van is cleaned but now i am paying a mechanic to take my door off the van and rerun the cable. i am not happy. NO ONE has used my van all weekend. no one has touched it. its been in my garage locked because i did not want my kids to wreck the cleanliness of it. I am very disappointed in the fact that i didnt even get a can you bring it in so we can look at it?
