They are helpful. It’s a nice store.
I was general contractor on two homes I built for my family and used BigC for most supplies. Their prices are good and their service is great. I highly recommend BIgC and all the folks in their Schoolcraft location with whom I've worked.
I went into the Schoolcraft location a few days ago to look into getting paint for my house. As I was browsing the store I overheard the associates talking about the Covid cases in their store and company are rising. That there are employees currently sick in the store who did not get tested (possibly even a manager) like they should and are back to work. I chose to come to this store to help a more local business out and I saw on their Facebook they were going to require masks. But while I was there I saw two people in the store not wearing them. One of them was told by an employee they did not have to wear their mask. Needless to say I left. This company does DELIVERIES into the homes of people. I have a mother that is elderly and at risk. Big C clearly does not care about their workers or customers. 0 stars. I will not be back.
Worked with Dakota on special orders items. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to ensure that everything went well. Highly Recommend Big C and Dakota.
This place is great. EXCELLENT customer service. I have used them several times over the past 5 years, and every time, they exceed my expectations. I called them for dry stack stones, when Home Depot in town didn't return my calls for 2 weeks, these guys had my order in exactly the way I wanted on my very first phone call.
