Used them twice in the past month. First when our pipes froze and burst. They had to crawl into the crawl space in freezing weather. They found three leaks. The second time to fix my upstairs toilet and attached pipes. Geoffrey came out both times. He was friendly, professional, and didn't leave until he made sure everything worked how it was supposed to. A bit pricey but well worth it. Thank you Geoffrey!

I had to have a water heater replaced on the third floor of a building and these professionals did a great job. They even had to get one more person to help carry equipment and did not charge us for it. Great work.

Go ahead and save yourself time and use Aspen Plumbing. I called Mr. Rooter for an EMERGENCY. TWO HOUR LATER, I get a TEXT MESSAGE asking how they can help me. This is a business, not kids texting! How unprofessional! In the meantime, Aspen was at my house is ONE HOUR.nnIt will not allow me to upload the screenshot but here is what I received.nn“Good morning, this is Kristy with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.nHow can I help you”nnShe responded back that she is texting because the company is closed. Okay then how are you an EMERGENCY 24 hour company!? No thanks

I had an emergency plumbing situation with a burst pipe and called a dozen places in my immediate area. As a hail mary, we called Mr. Rooter in Jackson, and they were the first to respond even though they had to travel the greatest distance. Bruce and Lyle arrived and were very professional and explained, in detail, the costs. They worked very efficiently to get the job done right and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tired of plumbing companies not answering their phone? Call Mr. Rooter . They answer every time and are very quick. They fix the problem for good instead of putting band aids on everything. You get what you pay for that’s for sure. Highly recommend.
